Voting by mail is a safe, easy, and convenient way to cast your ballot.
Ballot request forms must be returned to the County Auditor.
Requests can be returned to the County Auditor's office beginning Monday, July 6th.
To request your ballot:
1. Print out and fill in the form below.
2. Mail it to:

Ballots will begin mailing to voters who have requested them on Monday, October 5th.
